McCann Manor Policies
Smoking
    For the comfort and safety of all our guests, McCann Manor is a non–smoking establishment.  No smoking or any
    other open flame is permitted in guest rooms, in common areas or anywhere else on the grounds of McCann
    Manor.
Check-In
    Check–in is between 3 p.m. and 6 p.m., unless otherwise arranged in advance with the Innkeeper.
Check-Out
    Check–out time is no later than 11 a.m.  If any guest fails to check–out and vacate the premises by the standard
    check–out time or any prior–arranged alternate check–out time, the Innkeeper reserves the right to charge an
    additional night’s rental at the highest rental rate, together with applicable taxes, that is established by
    management for the guest room that said guest failed to timely vacate.
Rates
    Guest room-only prices range is from $145 to $240 (based on double occupancy, plus applicable taxes).  Extra
    person in a room (where policy permits):  $50.
Guests Per Room
    To comply with local safety regulations, the number of persons permitted to occupy each guest
    room will be limited. Please ask the Innkeeper for details.
Pets
    We regret that we cannot accommodate any pets.
Children
    For the benefit of all Manor guests, the Innkeepers desire to maintain a quiet, relaxing environment. Also, the
    Manor contains many antiques, family heirlooms and designer fabrics. Most importantly, the Manor is not "child–
    proofed" from a safety standpoint. Therefore, we welcome only those children who will be well–behaved and well–
    supervised and who can be expected to feel comfortable within such an environment.
Right to Eject
    The Innkeepers reserve the right to eject any guest or guests (including a child or children and their parents) who,
    at the sole discretion of the Innkeepers are exhibiting disruptive and/or destructive behavior. In such event, the
    Innkeepers are under no obligation to refund any portion of the lodging fees, deposit(s) or taxes thereon.

FOOD AND BEVERAGE
Breakfast
    A Continental Breakfast for each paying guest is included in the price of the room.
Special Dietary Needs
    If we are notified at least 7 days prior to your stay, we will gladly accommodate guests with special dietary needs.
Snacks & Beverages
    Snacks and beverages that are offered throughout the Manor are provided for our paying guests only.
Box Lunches
    Picnic baskets for lunch (purchased separately) and must be ordered with 24-hours’ advance notice.
In-Room Massage
    In–room massage services (purchased separately) are available in the Madame de Pompadour Room only, and
    must be booked at least two weeks before the Reservation check-in date. The Innkeeper will be happy to make
    the appointment for you. Massage services cancelled less than 3 business days prior to the booked appointment
    date may incur a cancellation fee of $50.00 (which will be charged in addition to any other cancellation fees that
    may be imposed pursuant to McMann Manor policies).
Alcohol
    Although we are not permitted to sell alcohol, you are welcome to bring your own. You may borrow Manor
    stemware and corkscrews for such use while you are a guest at McCann Manor.

RESERVATIONS, DEPOSITS & CANCELLATIONS
Minimum Stay
    A 2-night minimum Reservation may apply during busy seasons, holidays and special area events.
Deposit
    Unless otherwise permitted by the Innkeeper, a minimum Deposit (“Deposit”) must be received, and a
    Confirmation for a Reservation Request must be issued, by the Innkeeper before a Reservation will become
    finalized. A Reservation Request that is not accompanied by the required Deposit will hold an un-Confirmed
    Reservation for a maximum of 5 business days. If the requisite Deposit is not received by McCann Manor within
    said 5 business days, the un-Confirmed Reservation may be cancelled by the Innkeeper without prior notice to the
    individual requesting the Reservation. The Deposit must be equivalent to at least the quoted rate of one night's
    lodging in the requested room for all Reservations of up to 3 nights.

    For Reservations of more than 3 nights or for Reservations of more than one room for the same time period, at the
    discretion of the Innkeeper, a Deposit equal to 50% of the expected total charge for the Reservation term may be
    required. Deposits must be made by a valid PayPal account, Visa, MasterCard or Discover Card

Deposit Refund-Standard
    The Deposit will be held by McCann Manor until check-out, unless otherwise used in payment of damages or other
    fees that may be charged in accordance with the McCann Manor Policies. The Deposit may be applied to damage
    to McCann Manor property, or damage to any property for which McCann Manor and/or the Innkeepers may be
    liable, that are actually or proximately caused by the guest and/or his/her invitees. A full refund of the Deposit, less
    a $50 service charge, will be made only if cancellation notice is received by the Innkeeper at least 10 days prior to
    the reservation check-in date for standard Confirmed Reservations. If a Reservation Request accompanied by a
    Deposit is not Confirmed, the entire Deposit will be refunded within 10 business days of its receipt by the
    Innkeeper.

Groups
    Groups of guests needing more than one guest room at the Manor must make prior
    arrangements with the Innkeeper, and at the discretion of the Innkeeper, special fees and
    deposits may apply. Such special fees and deposits will be subject to the same terms and
    conditions as those for Deposits (as defined above), unless otherwise mutually agreed
    between said guests(s) and the Innkeeper.
Deposit Refund-Groups
    Group reservations require at least 30 days’ notice of cancellation for refund of deposit, less
    a $75 cancellation charge.
Forms of Payment
    Payment, except for Deposits, may be made by cash, personal check, or through a valid
    PayPal account, Visa, Discover or MasterCard.
GIFT CERTIFICATES
    In addition to the policies stated above, the following
    applies to the use of  McCann Manor Gift Certificates:

Gift Certificates validly issued by the Innkeeper may be redeemed at McCann Manor only for accommodations.

Accommodations require advance Confirmed Reservations for which a minimum Deposit using a valid credit card
is required pursuant to the terms stated above with respect to Reservation Deposits, regardless of whether a Gift
Certificate will be used for payment of lodging. In any event, the Deposit may be applied to damage to McCann
Manor property, or damage to any property for McCann Manor and/or the Innkeepers may be liable, actually or
proximately caused by the guest and/or his/her invitees.

Unused Gift Certificates will be gladly redeemable for a subsequent and separate visit to McCann Manor, and will
retain the same value as stated on the Gift Certificate at the time of original purchase from McCann Manor. Some
policies with respect to Gift Certificates are subordinate and subject to applicable Washington State regulations.

McCann Manor Gift Certificates have no cash value, are not redeemable for cash and must be presented upon
arrival. Failure to present the Gift Certificate upon arrival will obligate the guest for the full cost of the reservation.
